Bringer of Greater Things

All pieces in this series are 14" x 14" pen and ink on Pescia paper.

This ongoing series of drawings gets its name from the song "Bringer of Greater Things" by Propagandhi (from their album Potemkin City Limits). This work can be best explained by just listening to Propagandhi's music and paying attention to the fucked up world that we live in. As far as I can tell, I (along with every other American) have it pretty well-off, but that certainly doesn't mean things are perfect or that we shouldn't demand change. As a population that can actually afford the time to consider what is going on beyond our own survival, we should be using our time for something more worthwhile than voting for the next American Douche-Bag.

For further reading about this series of drawings, consult Propagandhi's lyrics pages.
